Our centre covers the local government areas; City of Nedlands, City of Subicao, Town of Claremont, Town of Mosman Park, Town of Cottesloe, Town of Cambridge, Town of Vincent, City of Stirling, City of Joondalup and City of Wanneroo.

We are one of 54 National Commonwealth Respite and Carelink Centres and the Independent Living Centre of WA (Inc) is the auspice organisation of the North Metropolitan Commonwealth Respite and Carelink Centre.

To contact your local Centre, call 1800 059 059 (for Carer Respite services) or 1800 052 222 (for Carelink services). Calls to these numbers are free from local phones, mobile calls are charged at mobile rates .

The North Metro Commonwealth Respite and Carelink Centre was able to assist with a transport service for these three Quinns Rock residents to enable them to maintain social contact with their community and attend their local Senior Citizens Centre.
