This program is for older people who may be concerned about who will look after their child when they are no longer able to. 

The aim of the Older Carer program is to support carers in planning for the future, planning regular breaks from their caring role, linking to information and services available to meet carers needs. 

If you are caring for a person 18 years or older, with a permanent disability then we encourage you to contact our centre on 1800 059 059 to find out more about the Older Carers program.  We invite you to take part in our morning teas to meet other carers in similar circumstances.
